Cecil Bowman died at 1:40 am, 15Feb2006, in Vancouver, B.C., his son reports.
The memorial: Saturday, Feb 18th, 2006 at St. Edmunds Church, North Vancouver, 3pm. A piper/bugler and color party will be in attendance. Reception will follow at home of Brian Bowman, 1 block from the church.
